services include Business Innovation Consulting, e-Solutions, and Application
Development and Management (ADM) Outsourcing. Devnix develops long-term relationships
and recurring revenues with its customers based on multi-year outsourcing contracts
and the consistent delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and responsive
services. Devnix does this by adhering to repeatable and proven process and
management disciplines incorporated in its core IT and business consulting solutions.
How We Build Long-Term Shareholder Value
Over the long-term, the investment community will value a company's business
based on its ability to efficiently generate cash. Devnix is dedicated to optimizing
its cash position in order to build long-term shareholder value. Devnix seeks
to improve its cash position by marketing services that increase its base of
recurring revenues, and by accelerating the collection of its receivables. The
company vigorously manages its investments to maximize ROI. In addition, Devnix
seeks to gain economies of scale by enhancing critical mass in order to spread
its Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) expense over a broader base of
