Business Development Associate

Position Responsibilities

The strong individual must be able to identify and negotiates strategic relationships with content and technological partners. Must also be able to Identify potential business partners and negotiates agreements. This team player should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, and rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Employment Standards

A college degree is required. A concentration in marketing, business, or communications preferred, with at least five years in business development role within professional services environment. Must have a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program. In addition, must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with executive at all levels in the organization. A Polished presentation and interpersonal skills are required. Must possess top level business management and facilitation skills. Background in IT marketing desirable.

Technician
Technician is able to provide the personal attention and high level of service our clients need. We are growing at a fast pace and are recruiting energetic individuals to assist us in the success of our business. This position requires an experienced technician with Windows 98/2000/XP desktop, 2000/2003 server knowledge; network infrastructure and TCP/IP; hardware/software installation, upgrades and troubleshooting; excellent customer service skills; ability to travel within the Baltimore, Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Linux Technician
Technician is able to provide the personal attention and high level of service our clients need. We are growing at a fast pace and are recruiting energetic individuals to assist us in the success of our business. This position requires an experienced technician with Red Hat and Debian Linux server knowledge; Samba, Sendmail/Qmail, mySQL, Apache; network infrastructure and TCP/IP; hardware/software installation, upgrades and troubleshooting; excellent customer service skills; ability to travel within the Baltimore, Washington, DC metropolitan area.
