Todays networks require an up keeping. Once treated as a corporate asset is now looked upon as a corporate tool and revenue generator. With the complexity of a computer network comes the requirement to schedule monthly to semiweekly preventative maintenance reviews. This review allows an engineer to gather system updates of networking manufactures hardware and software components, review backup systems logs, and review network operating systems.
